Point a phone at the cards you collect, then drop the photos in above. Each card becomes a row in a spreadsheet we email you — English name first, then the Chinese one, company the same way. Hong Kong numbers are tidied into +852 format; overseas numbers are kept exactly as the card prints them. Anything that can't be checked against the card text is left blank and marked. A clear photo reads accurately; a blurred or steeply angled one can still be misread, so give the phone and mobile numbers a glance before you export — anything doubtful is marked amber in the spreadsheet, and the email tells you how many need checking.

🔒 Photos are sent to our scanner to be read, then deleted once we email you your results. Your contact list is emailed to you and erased from our side within 24 hours. Only upload cards you are allowed to process.
